Ms. Henkle has spent the greater part of her career working within the organizational development and human capital management profession in the healthcare and financial services industries. Prior to joining MRCA, Ms. Henkle held the position of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Strategy and Development at Brown Brothers Harriman, the oldest leading private bank in America. During her tenure at Brown Brothers Harriman, Ms. Henkle led the firm’s employee engagement, retention, employer branding, succession planning, and career development initiatives. Ms. Henkle has held positions with Johnson & Johnson and Wyeth Consumer Products, in the functional areas of recruiting, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.

Ms. Henkle holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, in New York City, and a Master of Arts degree in Psychotherapy from Drexel University, in Philadelphia. Ms. Henkle currently resides in the New York metropolitan area.
