Michael Crane is the Founder and President of Michael R. Crane & Associates LLC, (MRCA) with over 35 years of experience in the global dental industry. Mr. Crane brings his extensive knowledge of the dental industry, proven business management expertise, and broad industry network to a productive engagement.

Prior to the establishment of MRCA in 2000, Mr. Crane was an officer of Dentsply International, Inc. and held positions as Senior Vice President, North America Group and Senior Vice President, International Group. Dentsply, now Dentsply/Sirona, with its world headquarters in York, Pennsylvania USA, is the world’s largest manufacturer of dental materials, equipment and instruments. Mr. Crane has also held senior positions with Johnson and Johnson Dental Products Company, and Ortho Pharmaceutical (Canada) Ltd. Mr. Crane holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Mr. Crane resides in New York.

Michael Nordahl brings 30 years of global dental sales, marketing, and operations experience to Michael R. Crane & Associates LLC. He has successfully developed and implemented product launch plans and distribution strategies for dental equipment and materials throughout the world and through the process has established extensive relationships with leading dentists, universities, dental distributors and dental manufacturers. During his career Michael has been intimately engaged in product development, product customization, technology search, and various business development transactions and has established and expanded successful dental entities in many countries including China, India, UK, Scandinavia and the US.
 
Prior to joining MRCA, Michael held the position of Global Manager of Business Development and General Manager of Coltene/Whaledent Inc., a Swiss based multinational and developer, manufacturer and marketer of a broad line of proprietary dental materials, instruments and equipment. Michael holds degrees in marketing and economics. He is fluent in English and Swedish, and intelligible in Dutch, German and Spanish. Michael resides in Port Jefferson, New York, USA.
 

David Solomon has accumulated 25 years of senior management and operations experience in the US and European Dental industry.  He brings to MRCA a special talent in new business development, manufacturing commercialization, and distribution within the European and North American markets.  Prior to joining MRCA, David owned, operated and divested several of his own dental related companies in North America and Europe.  He has successfully commercialized many dental products through various direct selling strategies and traditional dental distribution channels.

David has a degree in Allied Health, is a Certified Respiratory Therapist and is fluent in English and Swedish.  David divides his residency between Rhode Island, USA and Stockholm, Sweden.

Mr. Wan is a seasoned business management professional and a Certified Management Consultant with over 24 years of experience in the Asian dental market. Mr. Wan specializes in developing and expanding business within emerging Asian markets, establishing start-ups and subsidiaries, developing branding and marketing strategies, and putting in place organizational structures for long term growth and exceptional performance.
 
Mr. Wan has held the positions of Vice President and General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Regional Director, and Manager of Business Management for Dentsply Asia. During his seventeen year tenure with Dentsply, Mr. Wan transformed Dentsply Asia business from a USA export only orientation into full-scale, customer-focused country operations, laying a strong foundation for future exponential growth in the region. Prior to Dentsply, Mr. Wan was a founding partner of Global Dental Supplies, a Hong Kong based dental products marketer and distributor. Mr. Wan also held management positions at Jardine Danby Inc, the then largest retail dental supplies company located in Hong Kong.
 
Mr. Wan received his Bachelor of Financial Services and Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from the National University of Ireland, and an MBA from Newport University. Mr. Wan is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and resides in Hong Kong.
 

David Alexander has over 20 years of broad industry experience in pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare companies. His main efforts have focused around scientific communication, medical marketing and professional relations in support of the complete spectrum from new product R&D to global market-readiness and roll-out. Through leveraging relationships with opinion leaders, dental associations, and dental schools, David has supported growth and widespread adoption of professional dental products, professionally-driven consumer oral care products, and direct-to-consumer products.
 
David also had extensive experience within the profession of dentistry. He has practiced general dentistry in the UK and Brunei, been involved in the education and training of dentists and dental hygienists, and was the Executive Director of the FDI World Dental Federation based in Geneva.
 
In addition to dentistry, Dr. Alexander holds higher degrees/diplomas in Community Dental Health, Dental Public Health, and General Dental Surgery. He is an honorary member of the American Dental Association, a Fellow of both the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the Academy of Dentistry International. David resides in New Jersey.
